Nexus — Private Property Sharing Microservice
A dedicated microservice powering the privacy layer of The34Club platform — handling secure agency-to-buyer property distribution, engagement tracking, and listing data exposure to the Ombra matching microservice, all through a clean internal API.
The Challenge
Off-market properties are off-market for a reason. Sellers expect discretion, yet agencies still needed a structured way to present listings, collect buyer feedback, and progress deals — without resorting to email threads, generic file-sharing tools, or anything that risked exposing sensitive property or seller information.
Our Solution
We built Nexus as a standalone microservice responsible for controlled listing distribution within The34Club. Agencies upload and manage listings through the service, which then exposes them to subscribed buyers via secure, email-authenticated private links — each scoped to the recipient and the specific property. Buyers get a clean, focused property discovery experience; agents get real-time engagement tracking; and sellers retain full privacy throughout. Nexus also serves as the listing data provider for the Ombra microservice, exposing a structured internal API that feeds the AI matching layer — making it the connective tissue between agencies and the wider platform.
